SHIPPING

Free national shipping is available for orders above Rs350. For orders that are lower than Rs 350, a convenience charge of Rs70 applies. 

    In the rare case of a partner issue and your account has been deducted, please do not worry even if your order status shows as pending payment or payment failed. Your money is safe. Simply WhatsApp us at 8433737111 and we will look into it on priority.

    Orders once packed or shipped CANNOT be cancelled/modified.

    To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition, we only ship through reputed courier agencies. However, because of COVID-19, delivery timelines have been affected.

    Under normal circumstances, we deliver products within 5 business days of the order being confirmed. If you’re in a Non-Metro, all products usually reach you within a time span of 3 to 12 days, and for very remote locations, though extremely rare, the time for deliveries may exceed 12 days.

    Note: These timelines do not apply for custom orders, special orders or pre-order bookings. 

    All items are shipped within 3-7 working days of receiving the order. In the unlikely event that we cannot ship your complete order within 7 days of the order, we shall cancel the unshipped part of the order. In such a case, your payment for the unshipped items in your order shall be refunded in the manner you have made the payment. The refund will processed as soon as possible and we, at Snugkins, are committed to it.

    If you believe the product is not received in perfect condition or if the packaging has been tampered with or damaged before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take the package, and call us on +91 8433737111 (9.30 AM – 6 PM)  mentioning your order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement is made to you at the earliest.

    INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

    Snugkins is pleased to offer international shipping to our customers. We ship to most countries worldwide, and strive to make the process as smooth and efficient as possible.

    Shipping Rates and Delivery Times: We offer a variety of shipping options to fit your needs, including standard and expedited shipping. Shipping rates vary depending on the destination country, package weight and size, and shipping method selected.

    Delivery times will also vary depending on the shipping method selected and the destination country. Please note that customs and duties fees may apply and will be the responsibility of the customer.

    Customs and Duties: All international orders are subject to customs and duties fees, which are assessed by the destination country. These fees are not included in our shipping rates and will be the responsibility of the customer. We are unable to provide estimates of customs and duties fees, as they are determined by the destination country.

    Order Processing: All international orders will be processed within 2-3 business days of receipt. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please note that orders may be subject to delays due to customs inspections or other factors outside of our control.

    Our Free Trial policy only applies on the first purchase of the New Age Cloth diaper and the Newborn Bliss diapers. The product can be returned within 15 days of the purchase.

    Kindly note: This policy is applicable only on your first purchase and is restricted to one wash.

    - Other than these two, we cannot accept returns for any other product as it becomes a matter of hygiene and for the safety of other customers, we cannot allow returns of used diapers.

    - A product can only be returned if it’s unused and in its original condition. In that case, we will issue a refund after deducting the shipping cost.

    - DO NOTE: Even trying the diaper on the baby will be considered as used.

    If a customer refuses to take the order or returns it, the refund will be generated only after the items arrive at our order centre. Shipping fees will not be refunded.

    RETURNS

    We at Snugkins are committed to provide you with the best shopping experience. In any case, if you receive a defective product, be rest assured, we will look into the matter and you will receive a replacement as soon as possible.

    Defect noticed at delivery: While receiving a Snugkins product, if you believe the product is not in an appropriate condition or the packaging looks damaged, please refuse to take the delivery. You can contact us on 8433737111 (9 AM – 6 PM) between Monday to Saturday or mail us at feedback@snugkins.com, mentioning your order reference number. The pick up of the defected pieces along with the replacement of the product will be generated. We will make our best efforts to ensure that the product reaches you at the earliest.

    NOTE: The replacement will be sent of similar or equivalent value/type product.

    Defects include loose stitching, holes and tears, missing or broken snaps, etc found immediately after delivery and before the first wash.

    For a defect noticed after accepting delivery:

    The defect or the damaged product must be brought to our attention within 24 hours of the delivery. It would be easier if customers could add photos of the area of concern along with the receipt. Make sure that the product stays unused, washed and with original packaging.

    Snugkins manufactures diapers and diapers being wearables can show minor variations in prints, colours and sometimes cutting between various batches over a period of time.

    We usually make our products in batches and therefore they differ in colours, prints, snap, stitch and minor variations in cut and fabric from batch to batch. Do note, these factors are extremely difficult to control and won’t make a product any less effective.

    We always ensure to test products from every batch before it gets out. So kindly note that we do not provide any replacements/exchanges/returns for variations in colours/snaps and fabric since this is not a defect and won’t hamper the diapers performance. Snugkins also reserves the right to decide whether the problem is a defect or normal wear and tear.

    Exchange Policy:

    As all the products fall into the hygiene category, it is important for us to follow certain safety protocols for exchanging items. In a case where a diaper is unused or unwashed, we accept the exchange as an exception. Upon the receipt of item/s, we shall ship other items of the same type/value or issue a credit note(coupon) of the equivalent amount after deducting the shipping charges of Rs 150.
