Once we receive your item, a refund is initiated immediately. All major credit card and debit cards providers generally take 5-7 business days to process your refund before it appears in your bank account.
The best way to change your order is to contact our support or simply give us a call at 8433737111 during our business hours. If an order is shipped, we won't be able to make any changes to your order and you would need to place a new order.
Your order is shipped within two business days of the placement. You get an SMS update with a tracking number on shipping. Based on your location, it takes 5-7 working days to deliver your product.

Defect noticed at delivery: While receiving a Snugkins product, if you believe the product is not in an appropriate condition or the packaging looks damaged, please refuse to take the delivery. The pick up of the defected pieces along with the replacement of the product will be generated. We will make our best efforts to ensure that the product reaches you at the earliest.
